A dream started by Chris after being pestered by friends and family who had tasted his delightful journey through home brewing.

Chris started home-brewing over a decade ago with mead, and what started out as an experiment turned into a hobby, that would grow into a passion. Although other brewing experiences were tried, Chris always found himself being pulled back to the honeyed notes of mead. Over the years friends and family had suggested to Chris that he should look at setting up a meadery, but these suggestions were set aside while Chris focused on his career.

After chatting to one of his friends in 2024, Chris was finally convinced to look at setting a meadery up and the long process of understanding what turning a hobby into a business would require began.

After a year of working on a business plan, crunching numbers and staring at spreadsheets, Chris finally felt he was in a position to look at getting the ball rolling. Although a business partner was initially found, they had to drop out and Chris was unsure as to whether he could continue with this plan alone. Luckily he was aware of another friend who had a penchant for Mead and after some whisky and a chat Aaron was convinced that a meadery would be a great idea and the final stages of planning were able to commence.

The Foundation and The Future

In the summer of 2025 the plans for the meadery were finalised, investors were acquired and the dream had officially sprung to life.
