UK Delivery: As a small business our mead orders are processed and dispatched as promptly as possible, but delays can occur.

Delivery is with Royal Mail using 48hr recorded delivery subject to a challenge 25 ID check. Royal Mail will send a notification of the delivery day and time.

Total processing and delivery time is estimated at 3-5 business days. 

Returns and Refunds

For a return the item must be unused/unopened and in the original condition it was delivered in, with proof of purchase provided. An exception to this is if there is a problem with the product on opening at which point we will engage in correspondence to resolve the issue and provide either a refund or replacement.

For refunds, once the return has been received and inspected we will send notification of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Customers will be responsible for paying the cost of postage for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is given the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund total.
